MORNING:

Mary Ruth’s Vitamins

Liquid IV

2 scrambled eggs with mozzarella

Wheat Toast

***If I’m at a restaurant avocado toast with over easy eggs

Sometimes I get the lox

AFTERNOON:

Protein Shake

OR

Sandwich with Vegan lunch meat 

& Drink Poppi

***If I’m at a restaurant Ceasar Salad with salmon 

Dinner:

Steam in a bag veggies with a huge piece of fish

****If I’m at a restaurant Ceasar Salad with salmon 

Snacks:

White Cheddar Popcorn

Protein Bar

Things to Note:

I don’t like to eat after 8pm

I’m not a pasta or rice girly
